I’m a Personal Estate Agent, and I specialise in the sales high value and new build homes across Cheshire and South Manchester.  

What makes my service different is that I only work with a small number of clients at any one time, so you get proper time, attention, and focus; the things that really make a difference when you want the best buyer and the best result. 

I’ve been an Estate Agent since the spring of 2000, and I’ve absolutely loved it from day one.  

I started out selling terraced homes for first-time sellers, went on to build (and later exit) my own market leading high-street estate agency, and over the years I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the most impressive homes in the area. 

Recently, I’ve been trusted to sell everything from ultra-modern new builds to standout period homes and a lot of my clients come back to me or recommend me to friends, which is always the biggest compliment. 

For me, this job is personal. I want to get to know you, understand your move, and make sure the whole process feels transparent and straightforward. And because I personally handle everything from the marketing to viewings to negotiation, you always know exactly who’s looking after your move.
