With 25 years in estate agency, including two decades running my own high street business, Snowden Wilkinson in Cheadle Hulme, I know what it takes to build a strong local presence and a respected personal brand. I’ve been where you are now: ready to take control, back yourself, and build something of your own.
That’s why I created Agent MXM: to offer self-employed agents the platform I wish I’d had when I was starting out. One that strips away the noise, supports your growth, and gives you everything you need to operate at a high level from day one.

Hi, I’m Mel and I am the Managing Director of Agent MXM.
I bring to Agent MXM a blend of hands-on estate agency experience and a background in event management and membership-based businesses. With six years in the property industry, I’ve seen the challenges agents face—and I’m here to make sure you don’t have to face them alone.
My role is all about supporting our agents in setting up and running their businesses smoothly and confidently. From day-to-day operations to long-term planning, I’ll help you put consistent systems in place so you can focus on growing your personal brand and attracting new clients.
I believe in helping you spend more time on what matters most— building relationships, winning instructions, and delivering outstanding service. I believe in the power of consistency and strong systems, giving you the time and structure to grow with intention.
