Joining Agent MXM has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Now, almost a year in, I’m proud to say I’ve secured my first few sales, with more properties coming to market in the weeks ahead. It’s a huge milestone for me, and I truly don’t believe I would have reached this point with anyone else.

I have only just joined Agent MXM recently, but from the first interaction with Ian and Mel I felt so comfortable and confident in what I know is achievable going self employed. Their behind the scenes support and insight is so valuable, it never feels like I am on my own.

One of the biggest worries for me going self employed was missing out on the office environment and the support network of others. But being able pick up the phone or send a quick message to the group chat and being able to bounce ideas off people is great, and truly is the best of both worlds. Celebrating the wins and being encouraged on the losses makes a difference, and you never feel like you’re alone.

Joining Agent MXM has been a complete life change, and for the better. I can now work the way I believe estate agency should be done, with integrity, flexibility, and genuine care. 

Even though I’m self-employed, I still feel part of a team. It’s personal, it’s supportive, and it just feels right.
